Our story

COOKING WITH HEART SINCE 1994

Riddim Kitchen started as a Saturday jerk stand on Walthamstow Market — just Mum, Dad, a barrel smoker, and a queue that always went around the corner. Thirty years on, the recipes haven't changed. Just the postcode.

Everything on the plate has a reason. The chicken marinates for a full day. The curry goat slow-cooks for four hours. The rum cake soaks overnight. We're not in a rush, and neither should you be.
