It is yours from day one. Your domain, your website, your Google listing and your social accounts are all registered in your name, not mine. If you ever leave, you take the lot with you and I will hand over every login without a fuss. I ask for three months because the first month is where nearly all the work happens, and £240 does not cover building a website. After that there is nothing tying you in.

How much does a website cost?
£240 to set everything up, then £179 a month. That is the website, the hosting, your Google listing, your dashboard and your social accounts, all in. Three months minimum, then it carries on month to month and you can stop whenever you like. There is no bigger package and no quote to wait for, it is the same price for everyone.
Do I own my website?
Yes, completely, once your balance is paid. The design, the pages and the content are yours. No lock-in, and if you ever want to move it somewhere else, I hand everything over properly.
How quickly will I be live?
You'll be live within a week of the setup fee and your content coming in, and then I keep building it out across the first month until it's exactly right. You see a preview long before anything goes live, and you approve it first.
Do you charge extra for hosting, SSL or backups?
No. Secure hosting, the padlock (SSL), daily backups, monitoring and firewall protection are all included in your monthly, for as long as you're with me. Plenty of companies charge extra for each of those separately.
What if I want changes after launch?
Before you go live, be as picky as you like. After that, text changes, new photos, price updates and opening hours are all included in your monthly, so just ask. A whole new page or a new feature gets quoted first, and I will always tell you the cost before I start. No surprise bills, ever.
Will my site show up on Google?
Every site is built so Google can find and read it, and basic SEO is included. Nobody can honestly promise you rankings, but if you want to push harder there are SEO options in the package builder, and I'll tell you straight whether they're worth it for your business.
What do you need from me to start?
Your business details, rough notes for each section, and any photos or logos you want used. Missing bits? I'll help you pull it all together on the call. The build starts once the setup fee is paid and I have what I need.
